Rapid-prototyping a space ship control panel from cheap, easily sourced components:
- Cardboard pizza box top
- NeoPixel (WS2812b) LED tape
- NeoPixel (WS2811) LED string lights
- Arduino Pro Mini with FTDI-to-USB connector
- Spray paint coatings
- Various plastic “button” objects
Alien flora
Initial concept for alien flora using unraveled cardboard poster tubes and paper towel tubes: nested cardboard tubes, painted texture, drilled holes, and clusters of NeoPixels for each flora stalk.
DIY starlight necklace
Initial concept: a coin cell battery, a 3-D printed necklace or bracelet, through-hole LEDs and string.
